Classic Silk Lace Shawl


Classic Silk Lace Shawl with Elite Yarns

We knit this shawl with Classic Elite's "Classic Silk" yarn. 3 balls is enough for the shawl pictured.  Classic Silk is a blend of 50% cotton, 30% Silk, and 20% Nylon.  It has a great nubbly look, a bit of sheen, and a great raw silk feel.
5 sts per inch on a US6 (4mm) needle.

This is the Kurama Cowl from Berroco's booklet #344 Folio.  This yarn is so soft and lightweight.  65% superfine Alpaca and 35% Rayon Viscose. 22sts, 32r, on US 5 (3.75mm) needle.
This yarn can be worked on a variety of needles and produces a soft, natural drape to your garments.  Great for projects that flow, wrap, or drape. A great trans-seasonal yarrn to take you into Spring and Summer before the transition to Fall yarn weights.  3 balls needed for the Kurama Cowl.

Introducing Ayllu by Misti Alpaca

  A great new overdyed alpaca yarn in an aran weight. So soft to the touch, the gauge of this yarn is 3.5sts per inch. Size 9US needles, 120 yards (111 meters) per 100g.





Simplinatural by Hikoo


  A great new yarn addition to the shop.  Wool, alpaca and silk, expertly blended.  The rounded 6-ply strands have a luxurious cushy feel with great stitch definition.  4-4.5sts per inch, size 8-9US needles, 183 yards 100g.
