Do the Crazy For Crewel, Textile Heritage kits, Ehrman Tapestry Kits and Embroidery Kits contain everything I need?

The kits contain everything you need except an embroidery hoop.

Do the Crazy For Crewel Kits, Textile Heritage Kits and Embroidery Kits have the design printed on the fabric?

The Crazy For Crewel kits and Embroidery Kits have the design printed on the fabric, but the Textile Heritage Kits do not as they are counted cross stitch.

What if there are items missing from my kit?

Please email us and we will ship any missing items to you asap.

ORDERING

Do the products include sales tax?

All Canadian orders are subject to federal and applicable provincial sales taxes. All international orders are tax exempt.

Do you accept returns?

Returns are accepted for defective items only, within 10 days and must be in the original packaging with all items intact. Return shipping charges will be credited to your account.
