GIVING THANKS, Oct. 2021

Happy October Knitters and Needleworkers! I hope everyone is enjoying the beauty of Autumn.

Next to Spring, Autumn is my favorite time of year. Cooler evenings call for cozy sweaters and jackets, turkey dinners with pumpkin pie, and nesting in your home.

The hardest thing for me at this time of year is letting go of my little garden. Day by day I trim away more spent flowers and foliage and hope that the garden will last another week, another day, before the trimmings are added to the compost pile to nourish future gardens.
